City Research Solutions LLC runs consumer research for companies who want to know what people think about their products and services. We have been doing that since 1979. This panel is how we find the people who take part. Our office is at 8383 Greenway Boulevard, Suite 600, Middleton, WI 53562.
When you join the panel you give us:
When you take part in a study, we collect your answers to that study. Some studies record audio or video. When one does, we tell you before you agree to take part.
Our staff see your details. Clients see the research findings. In most studies those findings combine everyone's answers, so no individual is identifiable. Where a client needs to see individual responses, such as a recorded focus group, we tell you that before the session.
We use outside services to run surveys, send email, and make payments. They handle your information only to do that work for us.
We do not sell your contact details. We do not pass them to anyone who wants to advertise or sell to you. We will release information if the law requires it.
We keep your panel record for as long as you are a member. If you ask to be removed, we delete your details. Research answers you have already given may stay in study records, where they are no longer attached to your name.

The panel is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join. Some studies ask parents about products for children. Those are answered by the parent.
We take reasonable steps to protect what you give us. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something happens that affects your information.
The site uses basic traffic measurement to see how many people visit and which pages they read. That does not identify you. The sign up form runs on a separate survey platform, which has its own privacy terms shown on the form.
If we change this page we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email.
